Her soup was delicious and gave us the strength to continue our long journey. We’d only stopped for a short rest at the shop on our way from Samos, but its owner welcomed our family so warmly and treated our one-year-old son as if he were her own. We were deeply touched by her kindness and will remember it. Thank you so much.

After a long day walking, we came upon this oasis and had an incredible experience. It was late, but she still welcomed us, served us amazing stewed meat, and sat chatting with us. She even gave me aloe for my bee sting. Such kind, wonderful people, and beautiful folk art. Highly recommend.

The folk art on the property caught our eye when we stopped for a midday snack, and we ended up wanting to stay. We didn’t see the rooms, but the food, wine and hospitality were second to none. Her fresh tortilla wasn’t overcooked, and the common areas felt warm and inviting. It’s a gem worth a million stars. We’ve come to love being “off stage” and will definitely plan our next Camino around staying here.

We only stopped for a quick break during the day and didn’t stay overnight, but from the moment we walked in we felt completely at peace, as if we were home. It felt like a refuge, not a hostal. Isabel is an amazing woman, and we’ll remember her words and kindness for the rest of our lives. The homemade food was the best, made with love. There aren’t enough stars for how much we loved this place. Thank you for the experience.
