Orosol II

The staff and receptionists were kind and helpful. When we had internet trouble, staff sorted it out promptly, and they also let us leave our bags after checkout at no charge. The apartment is in a quiet area, a six-minute walk from the beach, clubs, and restaurants, and it has a kitchen. Check-in is available around the clock. There's a nearby swimming pool guests can use for free by asking reception for a VIP pass.

We expected a quiet stay, but the area was noisy every day and night, and doors throughout the building slammed constantly. The cleaning team also made too much noise on other floors, with little regard for other guests. When they cleaned our studio, they didn't change the bedding or leave toilet paper. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and nobody came to fix it during the week after we reported it. Reception staff mostly understood very little English and didn't help, saying things like “come tomorrow,” “I don't know,” or “don't understand.” The studio itself was OK, large, simple, and equipped with what you need, but this place is overrated.

The terrace room was really spacious, with a kitchen and even a bidet in the bathroom 😌. We loved staying at orosol apartments. It’s centrally located near the bus station, and I’ll definitely come back.

We found the room clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. It was a very quiet spot, so we had a positive weekend overall. The place does look quite old and could use renovation, though. The bedroom A/C wasn't working, and the balcony door was really hard to open and close. Still, thanks for a nice stay.
