The Belmonte team was professional throughout, and the housekeepers were friendly too. Our apartment was comfortable, very clean, and had free Wi-Fi. Alejandro was polite and welcoming. We ran into a problem on arrival, but he handled it well and gave us a small thoughtful gesture. He clearly cares about the guests.

The location is good, and the rooms and facilities are generally clean. The bathroom ceiling is the exception, with paint peeling off. Music from the Rio Hotel across the street plays loudly every evening until 11 pm, which became annoying during our three-week stay.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, and everything worked as it should. It had a balcony and a kitchen stocked with what we needed. The furnishings looked a little dated, but we didn't find anything missing. It was kept very clean, with tidying, cleaning, fresh towels and made beds every day except Sunday.

Fresh bread rolls arrived at our door every morning, and the apartments had all the basics for a holiday, including free Wi-Fi and TV in both the living room and bedroom. We had a really lovely time and would happily return. The small complex is peaceful, with a clean pool, no noisy tourists, and exceptionally friendly staff. It's a comfortable place for a restful break.

A quiet, well-kept complex with a short walk to the beach. Sandia and Cita shopping centers are also easy to reach on foot. The apartment was lovely and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a heated pool and plenty of loungers.
