We had nowhere else to go after a problem with another apartment, and Mario welcomed us the same day we booked. The apartment was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. The pool was large and super clean, and we were able to bring our pets without a problem. We also brought them to the pool bar. The man at reception in the morning was really kind and treated us very well. We’d definitely come back.

While on holiday in the Canary Islands, I stayed at the Karma apartment. It was clean, well looked after and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Beaches, restaurants and attractions were conveniently close. A very welcoming place to use as a base for exploring the Canary Islands.

We were grateful that the owner let us check in before the official time. The apartment overlooked the pool, had everything we needed, and was very quiet. The mattresses were comfortable, and both the garden and pool were clean and well cared for. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. We’ll definitely return.
