The view was great, and the reception staff were good. The apartment, though, felt like it was from the 70s, with quite a bit of damage to the doors and kitchen. There was a tea towel so old you could see through it. The balcony door wouldn't lock, though luckily we were on the 5th floor. The beds were disgusting, just a 2cm topper and sheet over a very brown, stained-looking mattress.

This might suit someone who's out all day and only needs a place to sleep and shower. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to spend extra time in the room. It was very noisy outside all day, and at night I could hear people screaming and partying. The WiFi cost 15 euros for a week, was extremely slow at 3-4 mb per second, and cut out randomly, so there wasn't much you could do with it. I don't know if it's the same in every room, but there was a dead cockroach under my bed in room 210. You may want to avoid that room.

For the price, the rooms are fine and the pools are great. Shops are close by, and Yumbo centre is an easy walk.

The place was dirty, the service was bad, and the apartment owners were horrible. It didn't feel safe. I'd tell visitors to get as far away from here as possible.
