We had a really enjoyable week. The pool area was good, the room had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. It was clean too, with nothing to complain about there. The beds were the one weak point and could've been more comfortable.

The pool area was nice, and there's daily cleaning. Shopping is good nearby, but remember there's no elevator. The kiosk and “bar” have limited opening hours. We stayed in January 2026. In winter, I'd steer clear of apartments 27 and 28: their balconies face north, get no sun, and are cold and draughty. Also, all the doors need to be shut before you can use the AC.

The apartment was well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. There's a grocery store and a whole shopping center just two minutes away, and the sea is three minutes away. The rooms have A/C. Wi-Fi was okay, though the signal depended a bit on where you were in the apartment. It's a nice, well-run place and I'd recommend it. One thing I forgot: there are three steps from the terrace to the heated pool, but you've got to manage them. 🤣

We had a great, peaceful vacation here. The price was very good, and the service, cleanliness and pool were all really good. The beach is very close, and so is the shopping center. There's a taxi stop next door, and it's well connected, with Maspalomas nearby. A real pleasure, thank you!
