Apartamentos Los Papagayos

We really enjoyed our six weeks here, and I’d happily come back. The ocean view from the apartments is lovely, and San Augustin suited us better than the Mogan area, where the beaches are small and crowded. The nearby beach is clean and very nice, though it can be windy. Having a rental car helps if you want to visit beaches around Mogan, like amadores, anfi, Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan. The apartment had everything we needed for a holiday with a baby, and felt safe for one. A baby bed and high chair were provided free. The kitchen was well equipped, the internet very fast, and there was a TV with Netflix. We could also stream turbo YouTube from a phone. The shower had a strong flow, and the place was cleaned very well each week. There was even a welcome bottle of wine. I appreciated that all the essentials were there. Host Fernando was kind and helpful. Our neighbors were friendly, and many had babies too, which was fun. The exception was the last week, when the neighbors above us were awkward and noisy. We’d had doubts before arriving because there weren’t many reviews, but these apartments are really nice. I totally recommend them.

The apartments are right by the beach, so forgetting our flip-flops a few times wasn’t an issue. The views over San Agustín Beach are incredible. A highly recommended condominium.

San Augustin is a quiet, relaxing little village, though it’s often windy. The setting has a beautiful sea view, but internet access costs extra.

Such a peaceful area, and the view is splendid. Just right for a restful holiday.
