The beds were the best part for me: a little wider than standard singles and so comfortable that pricier places I’ve stayed haven’t matched them. The location is great too, only minutes from the Yumbo centre and beach. The apartment is fairly spacious and looked like it had a new sofa and flooring. The wardrobe, drawers and some other furnishings were old but still fine. A few sockets didn’t seem well fitted, though I’ve found that fairly common in Spain. Shower hot water lasts a bit over 10 minutes, so bear that in mind if several people need to use it. I’ve stayed in a number of budget apartments around here and was impressed. If you want a comfortable, basic place in a good location, it’s a solid choice.

I stayed once, in 2024. The accommodation was awful, so I moved to another hotel.

The location is perfect, the bed is good and the staff are nice, so I’d come back. The apartment is big enough, but a lot of things don’t work, like the tea maker and TV. You have to pay for premium wifi, and honestly it was rather expensive. You get what you pay for, though I wouldn’t call it bad.

For the price, this is excellent. Instead of just a hotel room, you get a whole one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, microwave and stove. The front desk staff were friendly, very helpful, and spoke understandable English. The tradeoff is noise insulation, which is what you’d expect at this price. Smoke can also drift into the apartment from people smoking on balconies or in the walkway outside the door.
