We arrived on April 11 and are still here. We love the place. The apartments are very clean and the beds comfortable, and the staff have been friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, they sent video clips showing how to get the keys and enter the complex if arriving late at night. The clips for the key codes were extremely helpful. Thanks for the great service.

We stayed for four weeks in May 2025, my son, my five-year-old grandson, and me. Everything went smoothly from booking through checkout, and I’d absolutely come back. The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped, and the property was always spotless. Victoria and Debora were kind, warm, and went above and beyond. When we couldn’t find a party hat for my grandson’s birthday, they got one for us in 15 minutes. I was so grateful. The cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful too. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the place or the staff. The complex and team are amazing, highly recommend.

The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and fresh bread was delivered every morning. It was a peaceful, relaxing stay. Victoria was a pleasant, attentive host, and the staff were helpful.

We had such a good time and will definitely come back. The staff were always ready to help with anything we asked for, and the apartments had everything we needed, even for a longer stay. The location is hard to beat, close to the beach, restaurants, a gym, supermarkets and padel courts. One of the best places to stay in San Agustin.
