Bungalows Atindana

A nice spot for buying or renting a bungalow.

The grounds have been renovated recently and are kept in great shape, and evenings are really quiet. Our bungalow, though, was dirty and badly neglected. Make sure you check which one you're booking.

We had everything we needed for the beach, from chairs and parasols to a cooler, and the terrace was fantastic. The bungalow was spotless and the area wonderfully peaceful. The owner greeted us with chilled Canarian wine and left bananas and chocolates too. Such a great host. We'll be back for sure.

Each bungalow has a private terrace, usually with a pergola, and opens straight onto the garden, pool and solarium. Inside there are at least two double bedrooms, a living room, open kitchen and bathroom, plus a parking space with direct access. It's a calm residential spot that seems well suited to families with children and older people. The complex sits in the middle of Playa del Inglés, close to the Yumbo, Gran Chaparral, Metro and Kasbha shopping centers. The Ecumenical Temple is nearby, and the beach is around a 10-minute walk. Bus stops right by the complex serve the airport, Las Palmas, about 50 km away, and other parts of the island's south. It's one of Playa del Inglés' oldest complexes, but renovations are underway. The pool and solarium were redone last summer and now have enclosures, gated security access and alarms to help prevent accidents involving young children. Garden paths are also being updated to meet accessibility rules, including routes to the pool for people with reduced mobility. A real gem.
