The area is quiet and has no traffic, with a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. The beautiful Maspalomas beach is a 30-minute walk, or you can take a bus or taxi for 5€. Our clean, nicely styled apartment had plenty of room for four, with two bedrooms, a functional kitchen, TV and WLAN. We especially liked the recently refurbished bathroom, with its modern style and huge rain shower. Outside there was a sunny terrace and a private pool shared by four apartments, plus regular cleaning service. Many thanks to the very friendly owners Maria and Laura, who took care of the little things and were interested in continually improving their apartments. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm setting.

A very bad experience. The rooms were dark, small, ugly and poorly cleaned, and the swimming pool was tiny and ugly. It's far from the city centre. What made it completely horrible was the highly unprofessional, rude manager, who felt able to tell a customer, "...shut up and listen to me...". Don't waste your time or money.

A dodgy place that only accepts cash or bank transfers. The manager is rude and only available by phone. Otherwise, nobody is on site.

The manager was highly unprofessional, rude and aggressive. The rooms had no windows, and they only take cash, refusing every other type of payment.
