The staff were always friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a fantastic job in our room each day. Breakfast had good options for everyone, with a little variation from day to day. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and cleaned daily. The Jacuzzi was my favorite part. I think the advertised "heated pool" meant the jacuzzi, since the actual pool felt cold. The pool bar staff were awesome. There are chairs and beds on the top floor by the jacuzzi, but a bar up there would be a good addition. The sauna was a joke, honestly. As a Finn, I laughed at the rule saying not to throw water on the kiuas because it could break the sauna. Throwing water on it is THE thing in a sauna. It was warm, not hot, around 50C when it should be about 80, and the wooden floor felt unstable. In the room's toilet area, the floor tiles get very slippery when wet, so I'd use a towel as a mat while showering. The shower floor itself wasn't slippery. Still, the hotel was perfect overall for a stay.

The food wasn't really to our taste, though it was okay overall. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thanks in part to the very friendly and helpful hotel staff and the cleaning ladies who did an amazing job. Great location, close to the beach.

The staff and service are wonderful and attentive, the rooms are top-notch, and the location is fantastic. There was entertainment almost every night, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. I'll have to visit again. One extra thing, there are hardly any kids around in November, which could be a plus if you want peace and quiet.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but dropped by its bar a few times. The place is very clean, and you can pay for the buffet by asking the friendly front desk. There was a wide range of food, and everything looked fresh and tasty, but we chose to eat at the neighboring restaurants instead.

We had a lovely week away. Brian deserves a special mention for making the pool area such a fun place. He's got a great personality, got everyone involved in activities, and made it a lot of fun to join in. I really think he made the whole holiday enjoyable. I'd definitely come back knowing he's there.
