The reception team were helpful, and the bar staff were too, but the cocktails tasted just like juice. The property feels dated, with 1990s furniture, a worn kitchen and walls that were smashed and dented. We saw cockroaches. The toaster and kettle need replacing, and the pool was freezing, only brave children could put up with it. I stayed in 18B this week. Difficult to recommend this hotel.

It's a nice little place, but paying extra for a superior room seemed pointless. All the rooms are the same, except you get a coffee machine and a keyboard for a laptop or something. I wouldn't bother upgrading. I thought superior meant a ground floor room near the pool, like in the photo, since my cousin has mobility issues, but we were put on the first floor 😭

A peaceful, green resort with plenty of room to breathe and switch off. Everything feels cared for and thoughtfully laid out. The rooms and pool area were spotless, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere never felt rushed or noisy. Staff were always smiling and helpful, and made me feel looked after. I loved having coffee in the morning sun, lazy afternoons by the pool and quiet evenings after a day in Gran Canaria. Simple, comfortable and peaceful, just what I needed. Grateful for this stay 🤍

My husband and I stayed from 18th to 28th Dec:25. The accommodation was very good, clean, friendly and helpful, and the people around us made the holiday complete. The quiet, relaxing feel made our two weeks at the start of July fly by. The rooms were spacious, the shower had great pressure, and the pool was spotless and clearly well cared for. The bar and its service really stood out: Christian, his wife, the chefs, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Their frozen daiquiris got plenty of use, haha. The food was fantastic, and even the gardener deserves a mention for keeping the whole place looking so good. Amazing spot for a laid-back getaway. I'd give it six stars if I could, and we'll definitely be back.
