The food was dogshit, with no seasoning and meat that was foor cainaine. Guests were about 85% German seniors, so don't expect fun activities. There's no pool baar, no music, and no bar except at dinner from 18.00-21.00. Heaven forbid you bring anything outside. The front desk staff nitpick about everything and keep telling you what you can't do. Makes you wonder if they just suck opp to de boss or understand that we're paying customers. It's a clean hotel in a good location, but it's the worst hotell I've stayed in. Never going back!

There's no bar at the hotel, though facilities at the shopping center are a 3-4 minute walk away. The place suits a relaxed holiday, with spacious poolside areas, a nice ocean view, and helpful, friendly staff. The food was good and healthy. One downside was just two elevators, which could be an issue. Some evenings, though not every night, music from the neighboring hotel was loud. We stayed for two weeks in november'25. If you're after a big party scene and lots of young people, this isn't the place. But for a quiet atmosphere and tranquil guests, yes and yes. I'd highly recommend it if you want a relaxing environment, and it's very close to the beach.

The hotel is clean and very good, and the location in Playa del Ingles is excellent. We had a room on floor 7, and its view is exceptional, among the very best in Playa del Ingles.

I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a drink and facing the beach. The view is lovely, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The location is handy for the bus station, with easy trips to the airport and Las Palmas, and the beach is close. There are a few bars around, and the food is good for the price. The pool itself is nice, but its area feels dull, with no music, bar, or entertainment. Nights are dead. There's only a fan in the room, no air-conditioning, so I had to open the balcony door for fresh air. The gate was shut when I got back after midnight, which felt weird for a hotel in the PDI nightlife area, but reception came out and let me in, lol. You also have to leave a £10 deposit for the TV remote and pay 2£ a day for the safe. Honestly, it feels old-fashioned and not well managed, with mostly older guests. I'm not sure it's aimed at young people. It has a lot of potential and a few changes could make it one of the best hotels in Playa del Ingles. I think it needs a new management team. I may come back, lol.
