Hotel Las Faluas by Youroom

The location was great, and everything was close by. The pool area was big, sunny, quiet, and nice, though the roads were noisy. After two nights, we discovered several bed bugs in our room. They moved us to another room within hours, but the holiday mood was gone after that, especially while scratching the bites.

We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value. The room was cleaned daily, and everything, including the stove and fridge, worked. Playa de ingles beach is 500 m away on foot. The pool was ideal, with a nice cafe and very friendly staff. You can hire cars for a good price right at reception.

There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just opposite the hotel entrance, which helped while the pool snack bar was being refurbished. The beach was a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed for a week from 27th June 2025. The room and pool were clean and tidy, maids came every day, and there was even a lifeguard on duty. On checkout day, we could leave our bags in an area there if our pickup was later. I left a bag of our son's clothes in the room, and arranged by email for it to be posted to us. I'm truly grateful for that.

The pool was nice, and the place turned out better than I expected. A pool bar would have been handy, but it was fine without one.
