A bad experience. What they provide isn’t what you book. They say there are sofa beds, but it’s just a small sofa, plus a pretty small extra bed in the living room. There’s no reception, and it takes a while to reach them. In my case, they took more than 24 hours to answer a phone call after I’d checked in and gone to the apartment, where I realized the things I booked weren’t there.

We arrived on saturday and there was no reception and no way to get into our room, so we had to pay €300 euro to stay at another hotel for 2 nights before we finally got our key. Because of this, our 5 year old daughter with cystic fibrosis went without her daily’s medecation for 2 days. The hotel itself is fine, not the best. After 8 days there was still no reception or security. There was constant banging and fighting from the room above. Our whole room felt like it was shaking and vibrating, and our 5 year old daughter cried every 5 minutes when she was woken up. We had no reception or anyone at the hotel to complain to. There are 3 more days left and we can’t wait to get out. Apart from this hotel, the holiday has been amazing. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

A good, cheap place to base yourself if you’re on a budget. It’s a 5min walk to the Playa del Ingles, 15min on foot to Yumbo Centre, and half an hour by bus to Maspalomas Beach.

It’s really quiet and comfortable, with a lovely pool and a cool garden. I can’t give it 5 stars because the restaurants inside Agaete parque are very basic and the quality is really low.
