We spent a week here over New Year's on the all-inclusive plan, and I wouldn't return. Our standard room faced the bars, so karaoke noise carried on late into the night. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. The room was dated, and the bed shorts had dirt and hair on them. Housekeeping only came on some days. There was little food variety, and despite the all-inclusive label, not much seemed to be included. The hotel website only shows the premium rooms. There was one pool, and it was warm. No AC either, unless you pay for it at reception.

I spent two weeks here and found the location handy, close to the coast and main areas, with plenty of shops nearby. The closest is a HiperDino across the road from the entrance. I enjoyed the views on walks, especially along San Agustín beach. I was self-catering, so can't comment on the food, though I'd heard it was okay. There was plenty to do on site: pools, a gym with daily, weekly and monthly charges, an indoor bar for when the outside one is closed, a little shop in the main hall, a self-service laundry (€5 to wash and €5 to dry), a hair and nail salon, and sometimes weekly events outside near the bar. Reception also has a cigarette machine and vending machine. At checkout, you can leave luggage in the locked storage room by reception until your airport coach arrives. My room was near the pools, which suited me. It had a small outdoor area with two sun loungers and a table with a few regular chairs, and the sweeper came in handy after I spotted a few roaches on arrival. The room could use a fan or AC and more kitchen gear, like scissors, better knives and a microwave. I managed ventilation by leaving the windows open late and the door too when possible. The beds weren't comfortable. My main issue was noise. I had asked for a quiet room and got one at the back, but people still shouted and giggled in the halls and outdoor area at night, and bars in the distance often played music loudly after midnight. It only happened on a few nights from my section, but if quiet sleep matters, expect some noise and bring earbuds. The pros for me were friendly staff, good security, regular cleaning, a safe in the bedroom, and having three requests granted. I had little contact with staff, but no problems; being respectful and patient seemed to be met in kind. It's a decent base if you're not fussy and plan to spend little time in the room. I'd put one of your three requests toward a quiet room, since rooms at the front can face loud bars. Roaches are to be expected.

We were there from November 1, 2025, to November 10, 2025, and stayed with a friend, arriving in a rental car. The hotel is small, with three pools, and I didn't explore the grounds. Parking was a nice surprise, since the website says there isn't any. There are about 50 spaces, though, and if they're full you have to find somewhere else. We waited a couple of hours at reception before getting a room, as check-in starts at 3:00 PM. The room had a kettle, electric stove and refrigerator, but it felt old and long overdue for renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and left my neck hurting. There was no hairdryer, which shocked me, but a man at reception kindly made sure we got one. The bathroom had a damp smell all the time, and rooms are cleaned every two days. Breakfast was edible, but repetitive. The city-centre location means music can blare until 4:00 a.m. or later. I slept well after walking around, but my friend was bothered by the noise. It's about 10-15 minutes to the waterfront, and the hotel is inexpensive, so it may suit an overnight stay if the music doesn't bother you. I'd call it a two-star hotel. One woman at reception was very unfriendly. She wouldn't open the parking barrier for us, even with plenty of free spaces, and refused to explain why. She was rude, then told her colleague we were from another hotel and had no right to be there. It was funny in a way, since we had bracelets with this hotel's name on our wrists. People like that shouldn't be working at reception with holidaymakers. I strongly recommend firing her!!!! I also wouldn't recommend this city as a holiday destination for people with straight sexual orientations. It's very supportive of non-traditional minorities, and on the promenade you'll see them more often than fellow travellers. A big thank you again to the man at reception who sorted out our issues kindly and speaks English, Spanish and German.

We've stayed here more than eight times. The rooms are basic but clean, and the superior rooms have also recently been redecorated. The buffet is a good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner, though nothing especially special; after more than a week the food gets a bit repetitive. Staff are helpful and speak good English. There are three freshwater pools, which I think are heated, and they've never felt too cold to swim in. The main pool has recently been redone, as has the children's pool, which now has lots for little ones.

We were all-inclusive, but I only ate there once. The drinks were fine, though the food seemed to be the same each time, so I didn't rate it. The location worked well, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and bars nearby. The place looks dated from the outside, and many units seem to be private apartments. Our room was spacious, with a pleasant balcony over the pool and everything needed for self-catering. The main pool area is lovely, and the bar and its staff were great. I'd come back, maybe self-catering next time.
