We were happy here, especially with the location, just a short walk from the beach. The pool area and beds were great, and it was super clean. Cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners were there daily. The rooms are a bit tired, but the beds were comfy and we had a nice balcony. Beside the pool there’s a lovely privately owned small restaurant/bar with gorgeous pizzas, freshly made food and ice-cold beers. The guy there was really friendly too.

Everything else was brilliant, from the service and room facilities to the pool, but the heat was tough without AC. There was a really small fan, and it didn’t help much. With air-conditioning, this would be a five-star stay.

We love coming here, and Carlos always looks after us well. The pool view is gorgeous. It’s been three years since our last visit, and a few things in the apartment still need attention: the sliding door needs fixing or replacing, the curtains need replacing with clean or new ones, and the shower head needs replacing. The shelf on the mirror needs straightening, and the bulbs above the mirror need replacing too. I guess the owner is the one who needs to sort that out. Otherwise, all is good.

Apartments have different owners, so the experience can vary. Ours, called 'Connie Mick', was beautiful, fully renovated and had a wonderful view. You can find it through booking.com, and the great staff at My Home agency take care of everything during the stay. There’s air-conditioning, fast internet, lovely IKEA furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and oven. I really love staying there, and expect other people will too.
