Adán's Apartment 302 is in great shape and good value. Each apartment in Los Juncos 1 belongs to a separate owner, so they should be assessed individually. The body corporate looks after the shared areas.

The location worked well for us: the Yumbo is about a 10 minute walk, the beach about 5, and the Metro and Kasbah centres are close by. There's a supermarket and a couple of bars across the road, but it wasn't noisy at night. The pool area was nice and clean. Our room was a little dated, but clean, comfortable and equipped well enough. Cleaners came Tuesday through Saturday. We spent 8 lovely days here, thanks in part to the warm welcome from the pleasant, efficient young man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We'd definitely come back.

A nice apartment for two, only five minutes from the seafront. The pool was quiet, though building work nearby was noisy.

The rooms are basic and very quiet, but they suited what we needed and the price was reasonable. We often had the pool to ourselves.
