Dinner was such a relaxing experience. Waiters bring you a three-course meal that you choose, so there are no buffet queues, and every few days there’s a cooking show. The food was very good, and the staff were warm and caring. The apartments are a little old-school, but everything was super clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel may date from the 80s, but it’s been looked after well. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was good. I’d been worried by some of the mixed reviews before booking, but after a week here I’d say it’s outstanding value. If you expect a 400+ per night standard, you have to pay 400+.

I make a point of going every year for the cool German Xmas Market. There’s a real, warm atmosphere, and you can try delicious German specialities there. Recommended!

I liked the place well enough, though there were a couple of small issues. The air conditioning is very expensive to use, and there’s a disco right in front of the hotel that’s open every day. If neither of those bothers you, it could be the perfect place for you.

You’re right in the middle of Playa del Ingles, near the beach, boulevard, shops, cafés and restaurants. The rooms were clean, the facilities were good, the food was good, and the staff were nice. Great hotel, highly recommended.
