The restaurant served delicious meals in a beautiful setting, and the staff were very friendly. Our clean, comfortable suite was nicely appointed and had a functional holiday-style kitchen. This is a fantastic oasis in a stunning mountain valley on Grande Canaria, just the place to get away from congestion and noise. Highly recommend!

If heights make you nervous, the mountain roads here could be difficult. On roads with 1000ft drops on one side, cyclists were often on the road, and some drivers overtook them quickly on blind bends. More than once, we came around a corner face to face with an oncoming vehicle and both had to brake sharply. Great for an adrenaline junky, but not for the nervous. The mountain setting does mean stunning views and fresh air. A camel riding experience is very close by and the whole family really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities were basic but fit for purpose for the price. In February, the pool was always easy to get into, and the bar and restaurant were good for simple food and cocktails.

We ended up here after flooding at our villa up the road. The apartments were handy and had everything we needed, and the restaurant and bar were great. Service was amazing. I do think the rooms need updating, though, and the showers don't work very well.

We came for a retreat and had such a good stay that we extended it twice. Sabine, who runs the place, is super nice and helpful. The sauna is a real plus, especially in the evenings. The food was good too, and the chefs and staff were very nice. I'd definitely recommend it.
