The pool was amazing, and the hotel was absolutely stunning with a great view of the ocean. The staff were super friendly. Definitely a great place to stay in Gran Canaria.

The atmosphere has become unpleasant, and prices are outrageously high. Smoking is banned everywhere, while cockroaches show up in the kitchen and bathroom and hundreds of ants appear in the kitchen at night when the light comes on. The whirlpool has been out of order for months, and almost all German TV channels are disrupted. The location isn't good if you need to reach the beach, since the way down is via long, steep stairs. There are four gym machines, but nobody uses them.

We arrived on our first visit and were absolutely thrilled. The garden and pool are lovely and well maintained, and the complex is beautiful and peaceful despite being right on the beach. The bread delivery service was a great bonus. Our flight wasn't until evening, so we asked to keep the apartment longer. That was no problem, and we got another swim at the beach. Thanks to the team for a wonderful holiday. We'll definitely return.
