The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, with a really positive attitude. Daily cleaning was thorough, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in a newly renovated bungalow and were impressed by how fresh and modern everything felt. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The garden and pool were beautifully maintained and made for a relaxing stay. Even though it’s right in the center of Playa del Inglés, it was surprisingly peaceful. A calm, comfortable place in a great location, highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a quiet stay.

We had a wonderful first week of September. The pool was always clean, with a lifeguard during opening hours, though it closes at 18:00. The bungalow was modern, clean, and well equipped, with a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and, in our case, a separate toilet. We especially liked the little terrace out front. Staff at reception, the pool bar, and in the cleaning team were all very friendly. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, and the cleaners tidied the place too.

Miquel was very polite and professional when we arrived and left, and was also there to help during the week. We really enjoyed the stay, and the location makes several destinations easy to reach.

This was our second visit to the complex, and we stayed in bungalow 26 for three weeks. We had everything we needed inside, including deck chairs for the little front garden. It was cleaned five times a week to a really high standard. Playa del Ingles is about a 20-minute walk downhill, and taxis are cheap and easy to find.

Really friendly service, and the courtyard and pool are a nice place to spend time. The rooms were clean, and the location is peaceful while still being close to shops and other services.
