The communal pool was lovely and warm, and the villa has a great view and a nice garden, though the garden needs some attention. Inside, the sofa is really uncomfortable, the kitchen could do with an update, and several light switches do nothing. The washing machines are down a spiral staircase in the pool pump room, and WiFi only reaches the downstairs rooms. We stayed at Villa Los Lagos 7 for a month in January and February 2026. It wasn't suited to a winter sun holiday for us: the garden faces north and gets only limited sun from about 11:30 to 16:00. The pool is large, but its heater seems too small to warm the water. There were lots of mosquitoes in the mornings and evenings, plus cockroaches in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Suite Dreams responded to minor problems but ignored the rest. There was construction noise all weekday, with at least four building sites in the Salobre complex and more plots for sale, so it looks likely to continue for years.
