We spent ten unforgettable days here with our two kids and my wife. Apartment 11 had plenty of room, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a patio. The garden was lovely, and the sea and beaches were right beside us. Highly recommend it.

We haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but the customer service has already made it feel worth reviewing. They've been so friendly and attentive with our questions and requests. That has us even more excited for the trip. Really looking forward to an amazing vacation!

For the price, it's okay, especially since the beach and shopping center are close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I'd suggest asking for a first or second-floor room. The Wi-Fi isn't strong enough if you rely on internet, so bring a good data plan.

There were a couple of nice things, like the flowers around the hotel and the view from the promenade, but our stay had serious problems. The location is on the promenade, though reaching the beach meant going up and down around 100 steps several times a day. That wasn't convenient with kids or for anyone with walking difficulties. There were no restaurants nearby and no food available at the hotel. Reception was only open a few hours a week, so raising a complaint meant going back there from the beach. Our room was described as brand new and refurbished, but the power sockets were hanging loose from the wall with live wires. We had a toddler and a baby, which made that very dangerous. The bedrooms had only tiny windows, about 20cmx40cm, so there was no daylight and we felt like we were in caves. We couldn't get fresh air at night, and the rooms reached 27C. The babies couldn't sleep all night, and there was no AC. Cleaning happened six days a week, but towels and sheets were changed only three times weekly. The floors weren't wiped, so there was sand and dirt throughout the room. Our feet turned black, and walking barefoot was impossible. We also found several cockroaches in the rooms almost every day. There were far too many cats in and around the hotel. At night we couldn't sleep because cats were fighting near our apartment, and one scratched our son on the hand. Our last two nights were awful too: our baby boy had a stomach bug and threw up around 15 times each night. We suspected the pool water because flowers were floating on its surface all day. The day after he first got sick, we weren't given any clean sheets. A noisy German couple above us had visitors twice from a different hotel and drank until 23:00. We could hear every word in the bedrooms, and once they finished, they moved all the furniture, waking the babies again. We invited our friends to visit during the day and swim in the pool, but people complained, so that was the last time our friends came. One time my wife and baby boy went up to the roof to see sunset and sundown, and found an old German couple sunbathing without clothes. If you happen to stay here, you have to complain or you'll get complaints. We never complained, and I think that was our biggest mistake.
