A nice apartment complex in Sohneland Maspalomas, about a 3 km walk to Playa Del Faro.

The houses are townhouses rather than bungalows, and it's a residential park, not a tourist one. The community has strict rules: no noise at the pool, and the park has to stay quiet after 22.00. It's 4 km from Playa del Ingles and 3 km from the beach. The pool is cold and unheated, and parking is poor.

The gardens, pools, and surroundings are lovely, but the dogs are a real problem. They're let out on the paths, and there’s pee and poop everywhere, along with constant barking and howling. There are lots of stray cats too. I won't stay here next winter.

We rented a place for the December bank holiday weekend, and it was over too soon. It's quiet, with two pools, one for adults and another for children, and the neighbors weren't noisy or nosy. We could sleep with the main door from the living and dining room left open and had no trouble with intruders, insects, or mosquitoes. A great place for a holiday, highly recommend it.
