We had the three-room villa with its own indoor pool, and could also use the outdoor pool. There’s a lovely barbecue area beside the pool. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. You’ll need a car to get around the island, but I’d happily return.

The location made it easy to reach every part of the island, since it’s right in the center. Even though there were just two of us, we chose to stay in La Oliva and make the most of the house’s comfort and prestige. The indoor pool was magnificent, the terraces were extraordinary, and the view over Lanzarote’s lava flows felt like a dream. Ecofinca Bouganvilla was the most perfect, welcoming accommodation we’ve ever found, even compared with the most prestigious hotels. It’s a stylish, welcoming home where every detail has been considered, and our stay was unforgettable. Paradise on earth.

Very peaceful, with a little chill-out spot near the small pool. We were warmly welcomed with local wine, spaghetti and tomato sauce, and there was water waiting in the fridge.
