It's very clean everywhere, and the building caretaker keeps on top of things. He speaks Jo English, but Google Translate works. There are poolside showers and clean toilets, underground parking, a BBQ area and a small playground for kids. The gym has two treadmills, two spin bikes, an elliptical that won't increase its resistance, plus a squat rack, bench and pull-up rack. There are tile floors, so deadlifting isn't possible, but no big deal. It's lovely and quiet during the week, then gets a bit like a kids' zoo on weekends. This time a baby went in the pool without a nappy, and the inevitable happened. The pool was closed from Sunday evening until Wednesday morning. We also couldn't use the sun loungers, and the public pool in Bajamar was closed for cleaning.

The place is up on a hill, so the views are clear and you can enjoy the stars. There are picnic spots and a grill area with great mountain views, plus a pool and closed parking. It's been renovated really well and is clean and nice, with good neighbors.

The surroundings are beautiful, with a great view and a lovely large pool. Just be aware it isn't heated. The property is very clean and well maintained.
