Great place to stay.

The chalet-style wooden house is pretty, spacious and comfortable. There’s parking in the private courtyard, which it shares with an attached studio. It’s a shame the maintenance seems neglected, perhaps because an agency manages the place. The mattresses are comfortable but filthy and need replacing, and some shutters don’t close properly or are missing altogether. Geckos and ants didn’t bother us, but the cockroaches did. The location is peaceful at night and quite convenient. The owners should spend a few nights there themselves to get a better sense of the place.

It’s a lovely, spacious house with three bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms, a garden, a covered terrace with a table, a barbecue, a small playhouse for children and private parking. It’s well equipped with towels, soap, a crib and a high chair. Having a car is best for meals or shopping. The only thing that felt a bit odd was that we didn’t see the owners when we arrived or left.
