We chose the Amaro Pargo suite after reading comments about noise in the Manila suite and speaking with the property, even though the Manila has apparently since been double glazed. Amaro Pargo was lovely and spacious, at the back of the converted old house, with a large balcony over the inner courtyard and a beautiful glazed balcony overlooking the garden. There was a huge comfortable bed, a separate dressing and wardrobe area, and another room with a sofa bed. We booked at a very good price, though short-notice bookings may be expensive. The house is in the center of La Laguna, about a four-minute walk from the cathedral. No one is based at the property, but communication through WhatsApp was efficient, with recommendations and guidance. Parking on the streets is difficult, so we used the car park they recommended and paid just €7.50 overnight. I’d avoid the rooms at the front, especially room 1 beside the front door, as it’s on a busy road. There were roadworks while we were there, and the internet was a bit patchy. Plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s a Spar next to the cathedral for essentials. I’d definitely stay again if I returned to La Laguna, which is a great base for reaching Anaga National Park.

Everything at this hotel is handled online. If you book through trip.com, make sure the admin staff have your email or WhatsApp number so they can send the codes for entering the building and your room. The garden behind the accommodation was lovely, with special plants and all kinds of fruit trees. The hotel is near the famous shopping street and the cathedrals, and the airport is close too. The staff arranged a taxi for us right at 04:30 for our 07:05 flight. Just a heads-up, the airport building doesn’t open until 06:00, so don’t go too early. Highly recommend this beautiful AirB&B concepted hotel.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything, with sights and dining just a short walk away. The building is a beautifully restored Spanish place, full of historic charm alongside modern elegance. The decor has so much character and attention to detail, but still feels warm and inviting. Staying here feels like being in a work of art, with comfort and timeless beauty together. A real treasure, and highly recommended if you want a memorable, unique stay.

The location worked perfectly for us, with cafes, bars, restaurants and art galleries close by, and the building itself is beautiful. We drove from the south of the island to stay near the North airport, and Oliver guided us all the way there. Once we arrived, the room and property were stunning, immaculate, and carefully kept in their historic style. Oliver also shared the building’s history, which made the visit feel more personal. The bed was so comfortable, the room smelled fresh, and the wooden floors were lovely. Huge thanks to Oliver for being so kind and making the stay memorable. We won’t forget it and hope to come back soon. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of quality luxury.

Alice made check-in easy and suggested some nice restaurants. We stayed in suite 10 on the top floor, with a big terrace, and found the room spacious, clean, and fitted with a comfortable bed. The Nava suites are a real gem in the heart of La Laguna’s old town, close to lots of good places to eat, and it was easy to find parking nearby. We’re here for two days and would love to return someday ❤️ Thank you.
