The location made it easy to get into La Laguna's center and to the Tranvia in just a few minutes. It also felt like a proper local neighborhood, with Cafeteria Royal and a supermarket just around the corner. My small apartment was quiet and had everything I needed as a modest solo traveler, and it was great value for money.
