I arrived to find out that the room I’d booked at this Tenerife BnB had been double-booked. They refused my reservation without apologising or offering anywhere else to stay, so I had to find another room outside of town for more money. When I messaged to ask for a refund, I got no response and eventually had to sort it out through my credit card. No accountability or professionalism. A truly awful experience. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, avoid this place. There are plenty of other trustworthy, responsive hosts in Tenerife.

Very central and convenient, but the place is basic and poorly maintained. Fine for just one night, but I wouldn’t recommend a longer stay. They’re renovating, so there’s some background noise. Check-in was disorganised, and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do.

There was barely any ventilation, and the room felt damp, with mold on the walls and in the bathroom. I found dust, dirt, bugs, and other people's hair on the sheets, even though they were meant to have been washed and changed. For that price, I can't recommend it to anyone. I'd choose a hotel next time.

The owner was really friendly, and the location is right in the center. The room is basic and the price is low, but the bed is very comfortable.
