Flamingo Suites Boutique Hotel

The building and its surroundings made this a disturbing stay. The tiles were dangerously slippery, the structure seemed poorly protected, and cleaning felt superficial. Our room looked onto run-down, abandoned streets where homeless people gathered, which made the area unpleasant and nights unsettling. Service was rushed and rude, with staff who were unhelpful and at times close to rude. Breakfast was also unpleasant, served at irregular and unreliable times. If you want a relaxing, pleasant visit, don't book here.

The staff were a real highlight. Vanessa at reception was always smiling and ready to help, the security team was around through the night, and the place was kept immaculately clean. The two-bedroom villa had generous rooms and lots of wardrobe space, plus a huge garden and heated private pool. There were plenty of loungers by the communal pool, and guests could book two hours in the small spa, with its sauna and jacuzzi, for free. It's a lovely boutique hotel and apartment complex, tucked away from most noise but right in the middle of everything. We could hear the local hotel singer until around 10pm, which was oddly soothing. Our villa cost a bit more, though it wasn't outrageous and cheaper options were available. A little gem 😎

We spent a week here as a family of four, with our daughters aged 11 and 15, and would happily come back. The beautiful complex has everything close by, including Siam water park. Our room was very spacious and spotless, and breakfast was lovely each morning. We also enjoyed lunch at the poolside restaurant. The welcome began with Amir taking our luggage and offering us a complimentary drink, and Fernando at the bar was an absolute legend. Everyone we met was so friendly. We can't recommend the place enough.

The apartments were lovely, clean, and in a great location. Anna made us feel welcome as soon as we checked in.
