Hotel Jardin Tropical

The Preferred Club add-on really topped off our trip, and there were plenty of restaurants on site. The food was better than we expected. Our modern rooms were great, with space between them and easy access to all the amenities. The staff couldn't have been better, and it was brilliant value for money. We had an incredible week and no complaints. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Jardin. It's a beautiful resort, and the all-inclusive service was out of this world. Cocktails, frappuccinos, and smoothies were all included. Breakfast and dinner were great, while lunch at the different a la carte places was just fine. The ocean gym is a real eye-catcher and gets used a lot, but it could do with some improvements. We visited in spring, and I imagine it would be too hot to work out there in the full summer heat. When our toilet started dripping, they moved us to a different, bigger room within two hours that evening. The next day they told us we could stay there for the whole week. What nice service!

The food was the main letdown. Breakfast had a big selection, but it wasn't tasty and didn't seem very fresh or high quality. Dining overall fell below what I'd expect from this kind of hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, though the sound insulation was poor. Every morning I could clearly hear the cleaning staff talking loudly in the hall through the doors, which made it hard to rest. I also don't understand why the rooms only have two single beds pushed together instead of a proper king-size bed. Around the pool, the sunbeds were so close together that it was almost impossible to open an umbrella comfortably. The staff were friendly, especially at reception. A kind young man at the upstairs outdoor bar helped me choose a lovely wine. I think his name was Lucas. The stay was okay, but the food definitely needs improvement. I hope this feedback helps the hotel.

The hotel and my room were spotless, and the toiletries felt very luxurious. The location right on the promenade was great. As a solo traveller, I felt safe, and after my second drink the staff remembered what I liked. The buffet was unlike any I'd experienced, and I went to all the a la carte restaurants. I was blown away by the choice, quality, and service. I can't fault anything. Everything was 10/10.
