We all felt very at home in the holiday house, including the children. The owner was lovely to deal with and replied quickly whenever we had a question. The house is modern and has everything you need, while the Mediterranean-style exterior and pool area give it that southern European holiday feel. We’d happily rent it again.

It’s a peaceful little oasis with everything you need to feel at home. The house is modern and well kept, and Mercadona, Lidl, and Aldi are right in the town center. The residential area is growing and is mostly home to retired British and German residents. If you like sports, there are miles of flat, safe roads to walk along. Guardamar del Segura has excellent municipal facilities, including a swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, tennis courts and more, about a 15-minute drive away.

We’ve stayed at this lovely complex three times now. There’s excellent Wi-Fi, a pool, air conditioning, German TV, a terrace and a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view. Lidl is just around the corner, and the beach is a five-minute drive away. You can find plenty of shops within a 20-minute drive, and it’s worth wandering around the local markets too. The owners are so friendly and always available when you have questions.

In a quiet residential area with friendly German and English residents, this is a wonderful, well-equipped villa.
