The location made organizing our days around the snow activities much easier, and everything was coordinated well, so we could focus on giving the children a fun, educational week. We came with CEIP Nuestra Señora del Socorro for a school ski trip, and the whole experience was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with whatever we needed. That matters a lot with a large group of students. The rooms were clean and orderly, and felt well suited to the children's comfort and safety. We also appreciated the spacious common areas, where the students could spend time together in a safe, pleasant setting. The food was good quality, varied, and balanced for a school group. We would definitely return, and would highly recommend it for school trips.

The food was really good, with plenty of it, and the rooms were clean every day. We spent a ski week here with the children from school, and had an incredible time. Ángel and his team were so lovely and attentive, and the way they interacted with the kids was outstanding. Management and service were top-notch. I hope we can keep coming back with this staff for years, because we'd definitely return.

As a bus driver, I stayed here from February 23rd to 27th on a school ski trip. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and the food was good too. It's close to the slopes, and the facilities are fully equipped for skiing, so it's a great place to spend a few days in the snow. I'd recommend it and come back.

On January 25, 2026, I was at the café with some friends and we ordered hot chocolates. The waiter told us he really didn't like making them, which felt very unprofessional. He did make them in the end, but reluctantly, and they weren't good. Such a shame. Surely there are kinder people who could be in that job.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and our first impression was good. Then we found a pair of underwear in the hallway that looked like it had been there for a while, and the rooms were filthy. The beds were the worst. I nearly cried at all the different lengths of hair and dirt on the sheets. I don't expect a luxury hostel, and I don't mind if it's old, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. I'm never going back, not in this mess!
