You’ll need a car to get around. The complex is huge, with more land still awaiting development and several urban projects in progress. There’s security at the entrance, plus a number of restaurants. Each residential area has its own pool and paddle tennis court, which makes it a good spot to relax and cool off.
Golf is available all year, and the shared facilities include a pool, paddle tennis court, and sauna. Even in summer, it’s so quiet that making noise can make you feel sick. The development sits among golf courses, with a few restaurants, and Vinaròs is 20 minutes away for shopping and the other activities you’d expect near home. I find it dull and dreary outside the summer season, though. Of course, everyone has their own taste.
