La Pasailla de Gredos

We had a great weekend. Everything was clean and welcoming, and the house is spacious and close to the village. The woman in charge gave amazing service. It's a pleasant walk from the Sierra de Gredos mountains. Highly recommended.

Pepi was excellent, punctual, and happy to help. The place could work for a family getaway, but not really for a group of friends. They say it sleeps six, yet there are only two very small double beds, so friends would have to share. The mattresses are very hard, there are no wine glasses, and the board games are incomplete. The fridge didn't cool and the freezer didn't freeze. For that price, I've seen much better rural houses with more amenities.

There aren't any shops in the village, so we had to go to the next one over. Apart from that, I loved my five days here and would gladly come back. The house is beautiful, spotless, and has all the amenities, with comfortable, large beds, movies, and board games. The village is charming and picturesque, and the views are lovely.

It's a decent house in a good location, and they allow dogs. The photos make it look a little bigger and brighter than it is. Bring your own toiletries, since we weren't allowed to bring any, though cleaning supplies were provided. The beds are rock hard. I'd add an oven.
