We've been back several times over the years, and the team always greets us with warmth, care and professionalism. The rooms are stylish and clean, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax and enjoy a holiday. It's also in a great location. We're looking forward to another visit. And a special thank-you to Rita for massages that were so relaxing and unforgettable.

We enjoyed our holiday, largely thanks to the friendly people we met. Some of the front desk staff could have seemed a little happier, though. The hotel is in a good spot in Golf de Sur, an area we've visited several times, and there's a handy coastal walk to San Blas. January was quite windy. We had a lovely junior suite facing the sea, though the balcony only got morning sun. The hotel is huge, which made getting around difficult with mobility problems. The entertainment is aimed at children, so we skipped it and preferred the quieter bar on level 2. The all-inclusive food was average. The A la Carte restaurants only open on certain nights, so it's hard to book for the night you want; we ate out locally a few times. Drinks use a token system: you get one token each on arrival and pay a 5 euro deposit. To get another drink, you hand over a token or your empty glass or tumbler. I understand this helps keep glasses from being left around, but it would be good to have more flexibility, such as ordering a coffee and liqueur together. You're limited to one drink per person. Also, if staff try to charge for something listed as included on the table menus and app, stick to your guns and refuse.

We were there for five days to play golf, and our basic room was very clean and surprisingly large, with a view of the course we were playing. The hotel is extremely well kept, with people cleaning each morning, and its location worked perfectly for the golf course. There's a marina and shops nearby too. Food was outstanding, with loads of choice every evening, plus food served by the pool. I nearly forgot, there were some amazing acts on at night. I'd call it a four-star-plus hotel. I write a lot of reviews so people can get a clear idea of what they're booking, and I couldn't fault this place.

I've only visited in winter, and it's been a good time to stay since the hotel hasn't been overcrowded. I like its environmental efforts, including the cup token system, which means less rubbish is left around. The daytime bars and snack bars are great for helping yourself to basic food and drinks. The all-inclusive buffet is generally good, sometimes very good, and there are several pools with plenty of sunbeds. Some spots could use a little care, but the hotel is otherwise nice and well maintained. I've tried a range of rooms, and the air conditioning has varied in quality. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and close to the airport, so there's no long transfer, and there are nice coastal walks if you want to stretch your legs.
