We had a perfect stay with the family. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. It made the trip extra special. I’d highly recommend it for families.

The rooms were large and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was good with something for everyone. If you want meat-heavy meals, though, there isn’t much choice. We were surprised to find that the all-inclusive option wasn’t available when we arrived, and at check-in we only got bean sprouts. On departure day we stayed until evening, but couldn’t use all-inclusive after checking out at noon. The place feels more like a four-star hotel, and the pool music is awful. It also seems geared toward people over 60. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids, who could be bored all day.

The staff were great throughout, from reception and the dining room to the cleaners. Everyone was friendly and really helpful, and the hotel was clean and tidy. There was plenty to like in the food. Breakfast had a full English, meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, fresh juices, coffee, still and sparkling water, and the usual fizzy drinks. I only had lunch once, but there was fresh chicken pasta like a paella, burgers, hot dogs, chips, and fresh fruit, all the usual kid-friendly choices. Dinner was great: fresh paella every night, plus grilled steaks, pork chops, lamb chops, chicken, or fish on different nights. There were fresh salads every day, pizza each evening, and fresh pasta with loads of sauces. Loved all of it 😋

Breakfast was a real highlight, with everything from a full English to continental food, drinks, and plenty of healthy options. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, which is the hotel’s biggest strength, but the place feels dated. Some furniture is chipped and the fridge interior was cracked, so it clearly needs renovation. It’s officially rated five stars, though I’d call it a solid three. I skipped the pool because we were out sightseeing most of the time. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and the area isn’t like Los Cristianos. We drove about ten minutes to a great beach. The airport is around 14 minutes away by car, which is handy, though planes pass right over the property and the noise might get annoying if you stay in all day. I’ll definitely come back.
