For dinner, bring a picnic since the restaurant alongside is only open from 10-5, or head about 3Km to San Roque de Riomiera and eat at Taberna El Tascon. It’s a peaceful spot and a great base for hiking. The owner was friendly and informative. My room was immaculate and nicely furnished, with a mountain view and a comfortable bed.

There’s a ceiling fan in the room, which was very welcome in summer, and the restaurant next door, which is run separately, serves excellent food. My partner and I stayed for one night and had a wonderful time. Miguel Ángel greeted us so warmly and made us feel at home. The inn is full of charm in a spectacular location. Everything was spotless and well maintained, the room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We’ll definitely come back!

We were delighted and will definitely return when we can. The hosts are attentive and friendly, the food is delicious with plenty of variety, and everything is very clean. The rooms look out over the mountains, and hiking trails run through the surrounding nature. It’s an idyllic place to rest and get away from everyday life, in a spectacular location. 100% recommended.
