We’re here on a group trip, and my daughter became ill last night. The staff were so kind and friendly. When I asked Jorge for cleaning supplies, towels, and bedding, he was quick to respond and nothing was a problem. A huge thank you to Jorge for all the help last night. 😀
4/10
Being near the airport is convenient, but the hotel is run down and poor value for money. A mix-up meant we didn’t get housekeeping in our rooms. There was hair left by the previous tenant, and the walls were so thin we could smell other people smoking and hear the tenants in the next room talking. The lighting was really bad. Breakfast selection was okay, but there’s plenty of room to improve. Overall, a mediocre stay.
10/10
I’ve stayed several times and will be back. It’s an easy ten minutes from the airport, with great staff, a good breakfast, and decent, clean rooms at very reasonable rates. Since it’s outside the city center, street parking is easy and saves you the parking fee.
8/10
The reception staff were great and very helpful. Room cleaning was very good, though the supplies were inconsistent: one day they replaced the water but left out the coffee sachets, and another day I got coffee but no water. Still, a totally positive stay.
10/10
The room was quiet, clean, and a good size. Front desk staff were friendly and really helpful 🤝
