The room was on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable, so don't be put off by the entrance. The staff didn't speak English, though they were very friendly and helpful. There's a train station a short walk away, with a ride of about 30-40 minutes into central Madrid. The place had a nice atmosphere too, and I'd recommend sitting down for a drink at the bar.

The room was clean and serviced, and the shower had hot water. The hotel is handy for a bus stop, the metro, and a large shopping centre. My window was right over the area where people smoked, though, and the downstairs was very noisy. Wi-Fi only worked downstairs and on the first floor. Nothing was really wrong, it just wasn't what I expected.

A cozy little hotel right in the centre of Alcobendas, and they're happy to accept pets. The staff were super friendly. I highly recommend it.

I've been coming back for years because it's a good hotel with great service. The internet could be better, though.
