The family who own Arroka made us feel like one of their own, and the food was fantastic. I was in San Sébastien for six weeks on a work project with two of my guys and our wives, and we ate here literally dozens of times. It has a family feel, with a big courtyard usually full of children playing. There's plenty of seating inside and out, plus retractable awnings for shade or rain. A heads-up on ordering: grab a table, then go inside to place your order. Table service isn't really a thing in San Sébastien, so they'll bring the food over after you order. Tell them the Quantum Computing guys recommended them! 🍻
