The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was simple, though it felt impersonal. There can be a lot of noise outside, but the windows block much of it. Light sleepers should still bring earplugs.

This is a tiny guesthouse with very few rooms in a completely central location. The owner was really helpful and available. But it’s right above a disco that can get very noisy at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have trouble sleeping. The rooms and bathrooms are old and kept shut all the time, which takes away that fresh sea-air feeling. After a few nights, it would also have been nice to have rubbish collected with separate bins, perhaps in the shared corridor, and a sensor light there. Those are mostly environmental concerns.

The location was good, the price was fair, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the broken door had been patched up with cellotape.
