I usually never leave reviews, but stay away. I hope someone from the team sees this and gets back to me, because they’ve been ignoring me. It was very hard to reach anyone. We stayed two nights and the electricity was out. They had no solution, didn’t tell the guests, and sent us to the back door, which was locked. There was nobody on site to help. At 5am, drilling above the bedroom went on all morning. We left before the second night because of what was happening, but couldn’t reach anyone about a refund. When we finally got through, they first said we could get 100% back for two nights, then changed that to 70% for two nights. In the end, I got only 50% for one night. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and they handled it terribly. Maybe the place is fine when there are no electrical problems, but if something goes wrong, it’s a nightmare and you can’t contact anyone.

Great place to stay, and dog friendly too. The rooms are bright, modern, and very clean, a few minutes on foot from the beach and not far from the old town. The bed and shower were both great, and there’s a big lobby with a lovely free coffee machine. We also got a handy parking deal, 24 hours for 15 euro, just a five minute walk away. One thing at check in: watch the machine’s screen for your room number. I missed mine because I wasn’t paying attention and had to find the cleaner to call for help. Still, I’d strongly recommend it.

The dogs were made very welcome, with bowls, treats, and poo bags left for them. The place was superbly clean and smelled amazing, and the price was extremely reasonable for the location. There’s complimentary coffee and hot drinks in the lobby. We stopped for one night on the way to southern Spain and would stay again. The room was a bit hot because I couldn’t control the temperature to make it cooler. The walls are also a little thin if you have a noisy neighbor. Even so, excellent value and service.

The replacement room was fine, and staff did respond quickly when we found a cockroach shortly after checking in. But finding one was extremely distressing and made us seriously question the cleanliness and hygiene. We asked for fair compensation because of the disruption and unacceptable state of the first room, at least 50%, but they refused and offered only 20%. The incident left a bad impression. We expected better standards and accountability from a place of this level, and unfortunately won’t return.
