We especially enjoyed the early walks around Mont Urgell, then stopping for coffee in Old Town. The location also made it easy to reach the beaches and some amazing pintxos bars. Inside, the apartment was clean, modern and beautifully decorated while still feeling homely. We loved the Basque colour scheme, and it matched the description exactly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linen and soft, large towels that felt luxurious and like what I have at home. The spacious kitchen and living room had everything we needed, and the laundry room was excellent for freshening our clothes during our stay. Service was attentive, with very fast replies, and the recommendations we asked for were spot on. We felt looked after in San Sebastián and highly recommend Feel Free Apartments. We’re already planning to return with friends.

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, but the comfort and communication fell far short for what we paid. We were there with our 4-month-old baby, and the first night there was no heating at all. Nobody had told us beforehand or offered help, so the place was extremely cold for the baby. Once the heating was back, we discovered the air conditioning units weren’t working either. At that very high price, having neither reliable heating nor air conditioning is completely unacceptable, especially with an infant. We expected much better comfort and communication.

Check-in was really easy, and we had lovely views from a well-equipped apartment that was close to everything. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

This was a wonderful, well-equipped apartment in Gros, close to the beach and with all services nearby. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s no AC, but the apartment is well insulated and has a very nice ceiling.

The apartment is a great base for exploring everything San Sebastian has to offer. It’s well appointed and adjoins Hotel Marie Christina. Just be aware that there’s no air conditioning!
