The Gros district is a quiet, pleasant area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need. The apartment itself is roomy and well kept, with lots of wardrobe storage and good street-facing windows. On the first floor, though, you can hear some traffic. The living room, kitchen, and dining space share one area, with a central kitchen island. The floor has been raised, leaving a high step at the entrance. There's a large bedroom to the left with an en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms plus a spacious hallway bathroom with a big shower. The smaller room has two single beds, better suited to younger guests. My main issue was the very soft mattresses, which took me a while to get used to, but otherwise I was comfortable.
