We'd definitely come back. The rooms were clean and cosy, and the shared coffee corner was well equipped. It's right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of the famous beach, with public parking just a few minutes away on foot. 😊

Ibon was a fantastic host and suggested good places to eat and visit. We stayed at Pensión Iturriza, right in the old town, and could walk easily to popular restaurants, bars and Mount Urgull. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Our visit to San Sebastián couldn't have been better.

The owner really loves his town and happily shared information to help us make the most of our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two, with a nice street-facing balcony. We could walk to the beach, and although everything in the Old Town was close, the street stayed quiet at night. It was my first time in San Sebastien, and I’m already hoping to return next year. Thanks.

Ibon was a lovely, helpful and relaxed host. The location is great, close to everything in the old city. The only small downside was the sound insulation between rooms. Still a good budget option.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, including water at reception and an adapter. It's in the heart of the old town, but on a quiet street, just as other reviews said. Couldn't recommend it more, 10/10.
