The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Jon especially helped me a lot when I asked to have a package delivered. My single room was clean and surprisingly spacious, though the only supplies were liquid soap and toilet paper. It's fairly near the beach and bus stops for downtown. Would I recommend it? Yes.

I really liked staying here, and the front desk staff were very helpful and spoke great English. It was a bit out of the way, though, so it'll take some time to learn the bus routes and stops. The accommodation itself was great.

It's unbelievably hot in the rooms, and I still couldn't get a fan for my dorm room, which reached 100F. With the small window open, mosquitoes come straight in. Shut it and the room turns into an oven, with no cross ventilation. This is university housing in summer, and the students working the desk seem overwhelmed and undertrained. The design of this EU government student housing is a complete failure.

The shared TV and games room was a great place to hang out, and the gym was fine. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was good for expensive San Sebastian. Our family suite had a reasonable amount of space, though it was obvious extra beds had been squeezed in. The shower and toilet were very good, but the kitchenette was tiny and not really suitable for four people. The rooms were a bit hot. My eldest son had a very good room to himself. It's somewhat out of the way, but you can walk to Ondaretta beach, with some excellent eateries along the route. Buses 5 and 25 to the old town were frequent and convenient.
